Sweet and bitter wine thanks to the spices. Pleasantly scented, very agreeable and balanced.
When to Consume
Already mature wine that does not suffer from aging.
IDEAL PAIRED WITH
Dry pastries and/or dark chocolate.
6°-8° C as an aperitif, 16°-18° C as a digestif.
A blend of ten spices of peculiar taste and aromaticity is added to the already mature wine obtained by red wine making.
It is steeped for 3 months and a small percentage of alcohol and sugar is added.
