Intense and pleasant in the perfume with a slight hint of ripe fruit and wood due to the aging in cask for 18 months.

When to consume
The wine ages in wooden barrels before being bottled and is suitable for a long aging.

IDEAL TO ACCOMPANY
Typical cold cuts, main courses of meat, medium-aged cheeses but intense and rich in flavor.

Specifications
Where possible, the vineyard is covered with grass in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches in mid / late September with perfectly ripe grapes.
The vinification is obtained through a delicate de-stemming with soft pressing of the berries.
The fermentation in red at a controlled temperature takes place with a contact of the skins for at least 10 days.
Aging in steel tanks for 5 months and then 18 months in wooden barrels.
