Specifications
Where possible, the vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting is done by hand in mid/late September when the grapes are perfectly ripe.
Vinification is achieved by a gentle destemming with a soft pressing of the berries.
Red fermentation is separate for each of the 2 grape varieties of which the wine is made, and it is carried out at a controlled temperature.
The blend is then aged in steel tanks for 5 months.

Un vino buono e strutturato, dalla qualità/prezzo decisamente alta! E’ ideale per ogni tipologia di palato: nel mio caso ne ho ordinata una cassa nella versione bianca e rossa per una festa con amici ed è stato un successo!
