The wine ages in wooden barrels before being bottled and is suitable for a long aging.

Main courses of meat, medium-aged cheeses but intense and rich in flavor.

Specifications
Where possible, the vineyard is covered with grass in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches in mid / late September with perfectly ripe grapes.
The vinification is obtained through a delicate de-stemming with soft pressing of the berries.
The fermentation in red at a controlled temperature takes place with a contact of the skins for at least 10 days.
Aging in steel tanks for 5 months and then 18 months in wooden barrels.

Tra tutti i vini che ho acquistato, questo è decisamente quello dal gusto più deciso, corposo e strutturato. E’ adatto ad accompagnare anche piatti molto gustosi perché non si perde. Mi piacerebbe comprare una bottiglia e lasciarla invecchiare per vedere come diventa!
