ON THE PALATE
Intense and pleasant in aroma with a slight hint of wood due to the 18-month barrel aging.
When to Consume
Already harmonious and pleasant at bottling, it improves and refines with aging.

Charcuterie boards, white and red meat, game, medium-aged cheeses.

The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting is by hand with bunch selection in late September when the grapes are perfectly ripe.
Vinification is achieved by a gentle destemming with a soft pressing of the berries.
Long temperature-controlled red fermentation.
Aged in steel tanks for 10 months, then in wooden barrels for 18 months and finally in bottles for 6 months.
