The vineyard is covered with grass in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches in mid / late September with perfectly ripe grapes.
The vinification is obtained through a delicate de-stemming with soft pressing of the berries.
Fermentation in red at a controlled temperature.
Aging in steel tanks for 10 months, then in the bottle for 10 months.
