The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting takes place in early September and is done by hand, to select moderately ripe grapes.
Vinification is achieved by gentle a destemming with a soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation is white and takes place at a controlled temperature.
Aged in steel tanks for 5 months, then in bottles for 3 months.
