Immediately, it is ideal to be drunk without aging.
IDEAL PAIRED WITH
Risotto, soups, summer salads, prosciutto and cured meats, flans and savory pies, egg and fish dishes, roasted white meat.

Where possible, the vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting takes place in mid-September and is done by hand, so that medium-ripe grapes can be selected to achieve the desired balance.
Vinification is achieved by a gentle destemming with saììa soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation is temperature-controlled white fermentation and is carried out separately for the two grape varieties that make this wine.
Aged in steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
