Immediately, it is ideal to be drunk without aging.
IDEAL TO ACCOMPANY
Risotto, soups, summer salads, raw ham and sausages, flans and pies, egg and fish dishes, roasted white meats.

Where possible, the vineyard is covered with grass in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
The harvest takes place in mid-September and is manual, in order to allow the selection of bunches and medium-ripe grapes to obtain the optimal desired balance.
The vinification is obtained through a delicate de-stemming with soft pressing of the berries.
The fermentation is in white at a controlled temperature and is carried out separately for the two grapes that contribute to obtaining this wine.
Aging in steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
