Dry rosé wine
Blend of two different Del Tufo grapes.
ON THE PALATE
Light, fresh and fruity wine with the floral scents of the vines of origin.
When to consume
Immediately, it is ideal to be drunk without aging.
SUITABLE TO ACCOMPANY
Risotto, soups, raw ham, flans and pies, egg and grilled fish dishes, roasted white meats.
7 – 10° C.
The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of September and is manual, in order to allow the selection of perfectly ripe bunches and grapes.
The must remains in contact with the skins for only 12 hours and then continues the fermentation without marc at a controlled temperature.
The other grape, which accounts for 20%, is instead immediately squeezed and the fermentation in white continues at a controlled temperature.
The resulting wine is then aged in steel tanks for 3 months and then bottled.
